A person reads every new coffee
Before a new coffee goes on sale, someone at Tapper Brews reads what the roaster says about it: its name, where it is from, how it was grown and processed, and its certifications. Prices, stock and new roasts don't wait for us.
If any of that changes later, we read it again before it goes live.

Every roast is dated
Every roasted coffee shows the day it was roasted. A roast comes off sale on its own once it passes the window its roaster set, so nothing stale is offered to you.
-
When a roaster falls short
- If we can't stand behind what a roaster says about a coffee, it doesn't go on sale, and we tell them what to fix.
- If a roaster turns down your order or doesn't accept it in time, it is cancelled and you get all your money back. You don't have to ask.

Most refunds arrive within minutes. Some banks take 5 to 7 working days to show them. They go back to the way you paid.
